Could you teach?  Are you available from 1st March 2021?  Then Sutton College needs you!

Becasue they are looking to hire outstanding professionals who are passionate about the floristry industry.

You will need to be inspiring and able to motivate our students, by delivering high quality teaching, learning & assessment and support to help learners maximise their potential because at Sutton College, learners are at the centre of what we do.

The courses to be taught are both accredited and non-accredited. We are currently accredited by City and Guilds, so knowledge of their structure would be advantageous. Our Business of Floristry course is an opportunity for an enterprising florist to share their industry knowledge and experience and has the scope to cover a broad range of disciplines and approaches to learners wanting to earn an income from their skill.

This course is supported by an experienced business teacher. Ideally you will have had 2 years or more industry experience and have a floristry qualification of Level 3 or above along with a teaching qualification. If you do not have a teaching qualification you will be required to achieve this within the first year of working with us. Industry experience is most important.

Basis: Starting as soon as possible 01-Mar-21 on a sessional basis teaching various days & times across the academic year.
Salary: Tutor scale £24.66 – £34.62 depending on qualifications and experience
